Field Hockey
Our field hockey curriculum will improve stick skills and team concepts with a creative drills including small games, stations, obstacle courses, and competitions.
Skill Clinics
In addition to the leadership workshops, players will work through a number of Skill Clinics. These Skill Clinics are designed for players based on their age and ability:
- Shooting & Scoring
- Defense (Team and Individual)
- Ball Control & Vision
- Elimination Skills
- Defensive skill development
- Offensive presses
- Special Situations (Corners, Strokes, 1 v 1)
- Man Up, Man Down
Leadership
The leadership curriculum is taught by Heidi Kasevich, PhD. She is a well-known speaker, consultant, and author in the field of female leadership.
Her workshops cultivate the traits of ambition, resilience, and courage, and teaches girls the skills needed to be self-aware, confident individuals who know their value and are prepared to lead through authenticity.

The Facility
The Foxcroft School in Middleburg, VA is nestled on 500 acres in Virginia countryside. Just 45 minutes west of Washington D.C. and moments from the Blue Ride Mountains. Established in 1914, Foxcroft has been a top girls boarding school where girls realize their own potential. The Foxcroft Dining Hall focuses on fresh, made-from-scratch foods, local ingredients to serve a variety of delicious and nutritious meals. Campers will enjoy the leadership and sports curriculum and practice the daily themes both on and off the fields. The school offers numerous turf fields as well as a state-of-the-art athletic center with a climbing wall. The outdoor swimming pool will deliver endless summer fun. Wellness hikes and equine tours will give players a chance to clear their heads and enjoy nature.
Outdoor Adventure
- Three ponds and extensive hiking trails on an 827-acre wooded campus
- Lake Wononscopomuc offers endless waterfront activities and beach. Our staff supervises all of our campers who want to take out paddleboards. Lifeguards are on duty at the beach.

Multi- Sport Option Lacrosse:
If you play both field hockey & lacrosse, you can opt to alternate sports each day. Both programs operate side by side during sport specific training times and merge for age appropriate leadership workshops and recreational rotations.
At Field Hockey & Leadership Academy campers will receive:

Any Camper who must cancel their registration more than fifteen (15) days prior to the Camp start date will receive a voucher equal to the full amount of Camp tuition already paid which may be used toward any program or camp offered by eCamps. If a Camper must cancel their registration fourteen (14) days or fewer prior to the start of Camp, eCamps will issue Camper or Parent a voucher equal to 50% of the Camp tuition, which may be used toward any program or camp offered by eCamps. Vouchers are valid for any eCamps program within the same or next calendar year and are also transferable to another family member. Camp vouchers are not extended to Campers who leave Camp after the start of a session. The $25 registration fee is non-refundable.
Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
